The hotel is conveniently located for those who want to explore the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, with over 30 different dishes to choose from. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a range of pillows to suit different preferences. the hotel staff are friendly and offer personalized touches such as free fruit and afternoon tea tickets.
Compared to other 4-star hotels, there are some areas this hotel falls short, such as the basic bathroom amenities and dated decor.

Great location! The hotel was close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the coffee was amazing! The room was spacious and had a great view of the city.
The hotel room was very outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture looked old and dirty, and the carpet was stained.

The hotel had a very unique and romantic atmosphere. We were greeted with free fruits which was a nice touch. the breakfast was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised with tickets to afternoon and evening tea. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs.
The bathroom was not ideal as the washbasins were in the bedroom. the hotel was advertised as a 4-star but according to UK standards it was more of a good 3-star.
